Images deleted in edit mode but appear on site I need to Rearranging Images.

  Media images were deleted in edit mode but appear on My Website
  I am using the Business One Page theme. I’ve uploaded approx 40 images a post, While all images appear on my site, only 20 images appear as I try to Edit. I need to rearrange media, The set up has to be consistent How do I fix this?
