  the images in my website does not load completely and i expect plugins do not work properly.

  WordPress.com does not offer the option to upload your own plugins—the plugins are setup for you. This page lists out some of the things that the WordPress.com plugins can do:

  If you were looking for a different plugin, let us know which one and we can tell you if there’s a way to do what you want on WordPress.com or now.

  I just tested image uploads on my site, and they are working for me.

  Did you make sure to use one of the accepted files types?

  If you’re still having trouble with images, what are the steps you have tried already and did you see any error messages when the problem happened?
