Images don’t appear in my footer widgets

    I’m trying to add images to my footer widgets which I’ve done under Appearance-Widgets but when I go to the website itself, they’re not there. I go to Appearance-Customize-Widgets and then I see that I don’t even have the option to edit all of my widget spaces. I see this little notice at the top of this page though, ‘Your theme has 6 other widget areas, but this particular page doesn’t display them.’ I’m using Generate Press Pro; any ideas?

    Hi there,

    Please contact support for your theme directly for help with this. There should be a support link on the site where you bought or downloaded that theme.

    Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source version of WordPress found on WordPress.org. We cannot provide help with sites using that version of WordPress in this forum, and we also cannot help with themes for that software that we didn’t make, like Generate Press.

    For general support with the version of WordPress you’re using you can post in https://wordpress.org/support/, but for this particular issue it will be best to contact support for your theme itself.
