Images for related posts has a glitch

  Hi there,
  I’ve noticed there is a problem with images that appear with related posts. An image from my latest post is showing as the depiction.

  I have tried losing the images by deselecting the ‘large, visually striking layout’ option, but quite frankly it looks poor.

  Could this be investigated? I started a thread last week when I first mentioned it but didn’t receive a response.
