images go from wp blog to twitter feed

  When I publish a blog post, I have it set up to tweet the post, But it does not add the image to the tweet. Is there a way to have blog image displayed in Twitter feed?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hey there, Michael!

  Here’s a section from our Publicize support document, which might help out:

  Images in Publicize

  Facebook and Twitter Publicize typically select images that are at least 200 x 200 pixels in the following order:

  1. Featured image
  2. The first image of a Slideshow within the post
  3. The first image of a Gallery within the post
  4. An image attached to the post and inserted
  5. Any other image in the post (not attached but perhaps linked)

  Note that these social services sometimes change things on their end and display a different image than expected. In general, however, it should work as described. To exert the most control over which image is shown, set a featured image for each post.
