Images have vanished

  Posted a write up during 2008.. I just now realized that all the images that I had uploaded previously exist no more.. Wondering what has happened to them :S

  Anyone experiencing it. Thanks in advance for the help, with a flower…. :)

  Please check your Media Library. If the images are not there they cannot be displayed by our browsers. If they are there and are not displaying in your posts then you will have to file a support ticket with Staff providing all the details such as the URLs for the posts and/or images. http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/

  hello, the media button on my sidebar is gone. so i cant upload anything, what is happening?

  I have discovered two other threads wherein bloggers have the same issue. You will need to contact staff using the link I posted above.

  @freddiemaize, do as timethief suggests and contact staff. I found several of your images but for whatever reason the URL is not working from inside the post.

  @thebreathofisis, are you signed in as a contributor or an author or do you have full admin rights?

  If you are an admin, then log out of wordpress, clear your browser cache and cookies, restart your browser and then try again.
