Images in Carousel Post Not Displayed

    I have issues with seeing images in my post carousel. The same happens with the query loop. I put posts in my carousel – these posts are all previously published and all have featured images, but they don’t appear when I preview and click publish. This issue does not happen when I insert carousel block into a widget or a page, only with posts. I tried everything and so did WordPress Happiness Engineers. Can someone help out? This happens on both of my blogs that use different themes. Thank you.

    I have opted out from displaying featured images on either my blog or single post, do you think it can affect their display in the carousel? Many thanks.
