Images in Media Library don't show on blog

  Hi I have images loaded in my media library and they don’t show on my blog. I have read the other requests around this and cleared and allowed cookies, cleared the cache etc etc. I’ve spent a good part of the day on it and am no nearer a solution because I don’t understand what I need to do. Please make any instructions very simple indeed. Many thanks.
