Images in Media tab won’t appear

    Hi. Images are not showing in the media section. I am adding new photos that are all under the proper file extension JPG and only some upload while others are greyed out with the photo not showing or just the date the photo was taken. I have refreshed, cleared caches, logged in and out and tried a few times with the same result. There are older photos with the proper extensions that also have the same issue. Any help or advice please and thanks for your time.
