Images in posts disappearing leaving a small empty thumbnail

  I tried sorting this out for some time now.

  Some of the media on my blog ie images and videos keep disappearing. I have the plugin for a “super cache” but it still keeps happening. http://www.vivienyue.com/?p=125

  Would appreciate any help
