Images in posts shared to G

  I have my wordpress.com blog sharing the posts to G+ automatically, but the posts on G+ always appear with the image of my avatar. Is it possible to make the post in G+ with the image of the post itself?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Post the links manually and it will always pick an image from the post.
