Images Missing After Downgrade From Business to Premium

    Hi,

    We recently moved from the business plan to the premium plan. About half the images that used to be on our website are now missing, not even visible in the media browser. This is not something that could be fixed manually, because we have hundreds of images/posts going back about six years.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there!

    When you downgrade from the Business plan to a lower-level plan, we note that you will lose certain items on your site including:

    1. Custom plugins, themes and custom code you had installed as well as any premium features not available in the lower level plan will be removed.

    2. Your site will return to the way it looked before you installed the first plugin, theme, or custom code, although we will preserve your posts, pages, and media files.
