Images missing from gallery when it’s published
-
I’ve created a new gallery of images on my society’s website. On the dashboard, I have successfully assembled 12 images with captions. But when I published the new gallery, only 4 of the 12 images showed on screen. The other 8 are missing. This is the first time I’ve experienced a problem of this kind. I have published six other galleries previously on the same site and they all show all of the images they contain.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

hi,
Did you follow the steps to create a gallery in
https://en.support.wordpress.com/gallery/ ?A screenshot of your gallery post (at the Admin page) would be helpful if you can send one.
Please upload it to your Media Library, then paste the link here so we can take a look.
Thanks :)

That site isn’t hosted here at WordPress.com so our support documents may or may not be applicable to your problem. If you are using the WordPress.org software there may even be a support forum for the theme you are using : https://wordpress.org/support/

Thanks. Here’s the link to the Media Library screenshot:

You are being given incorrect information. Posting screenshots to Media Libraries is meant for staff members here to look at issues with WordPress.com sites such as borrowsgypsies.wordpress.com. No one at WordPress.com has access to, or can log in to, your self-hosted site and you are asking for help in the wrong place I’m afraid.

OK – thanks for the clarification. I’m currently looking after the site in the absence of the usual Web Master and wasn’t aware of the formal hosting arrangements. Thanks for the links to the other WordPress Support group.
