Images missing on Outlook email notifications

  One of my blog followers is unable to see the images in my posts in the email notification he receives on Outlook. The captions are there but not the image itself. He is able to see the image by clicking on the link to the post itself. Other followers who receive the email notification on Apple based email systems do not have the same issue, it only seems to occur with Outlook (both the Webmail and full version).

  Hi there,

  Can you ask them to make sure they are viewing the email in HTML, not Plain Text? Also, if they are still having trouble, could you have them take a screenshot of the message they receive? If you could upload that to your Media Library, I’ll be happy to take a look!

  Thanks Jeremy, I’ll check to see what system they are using and get them to take a screenshot if needed.
