Images not appearing

  Hi,
  I am having problems with my images are not appearing in my WordPress blog emails. I use Bluehost as my server. I have spent hours & days trying to discover a solution but no success. I have minor tech savoy knowledge, so any information you can share in the simplest form would be greatly appreciated.
