images not appearing to subscribers in welcome email

    Hi! I’ve used the Noptin plugin to create a welcome email for subscribers once they sign up. Yes, I have already reached out to Noptin but they did not resolve it. The text in my emails shows up fine but the images do not, there is just a blank space where they should be. HOWEVER, when I send the email to myself, the images appear. I have a yahoo account and aol account – images appeared on both. I sent a test email to a friend who also has a yahoo account and she could not see the images.

    I saw a thread on here posted about a year ago where someone said Apple/IOS users were not getting email images from wordpress. Could that be the issue? My yahoo friend has an iphone, I do not. Any advice would be appreciated as this has been driving me crazy for 2 months now as to what I’m doing wrong.

    We can’t help with third party plugins. Only Noptin support can help.

    Chances are high the email client hides those images as e.g. the sending email address is unkown or hasn’t been whitelisted.
