Images Not Displaying, Category Text Duplication in Private Mode After Downgrade

    Hello WordPress Support,

    After reverting my site to the Premium Plan, I’m experiencing new issues while the site is in Private mode:

    1. Images and Logo Not Displaying: The images, including the site logo, aren’t showing up correctly, appearing either as broken links or missing.
    2. Category Text Repetition: Each category name is duplicated in the category section, showing twice in a single line.

    I’d appreciate any help to resolve these issues before making the site public. I’ve added the “modlook” tag for staff assistance.

    Hello,

    Answer 1: Images and Logo Not Displaying

    You can try replacing it with a different random image/logo. And then changing it back again.

    Answer 2: Category Text Repetition

    Can you share some screenshots?

    It looks like you’ve submitted email requests and social media requests as well, so we’ll follow up by email. But for what it’s worth, we can see images here, and no category duplication. Perhaps it was just a glitch? If you’re still having trouble, please prepare screenshots and we’ll watch for them.

    Thank you for the reply. As requested, I’ve attached screenshots showing the issues I’m experiencing:

    1. Images and Logo Not Displaying: In private/public mode, some images, including the logo, aren’t loading properly. You can see this in the screenshots attached.
    2. Category Text Duplication: Each category name is repeated twice in a single line. I’ve included screenshots to show this as well.

    Correction: The logo is displaying correctly, but several images across the site are still not appearing when in private mode. I’ve attached screenshots in the email to show the missing images on several affected pages as well.
