I’m so sorry. I do understand that it’s the blog in question now.
You can upload image files by clicking the Add Media button right above the editing area of a page or a post. http://en.support.wordpress.com/add-media/
See also http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2009/04/26/images-the-three-link-options/
You can edit any post or page and add images to it.

P.S. Please be sure you are using a browser and version of it found here http://browsehappy.com
-
Yes, I know how to upload pictures (as you can see, my blog consists mainly of pictures) but the thing is that for the last 3-4 days the pictures just won’t upload. They load until 100% but they won’t show up in the actual post, when i post publish. I already gave the link to what it looks like http://www.upload.ee/image/3326811/Screen_shot_2013-05-21_at_7.11.35_PM.png it just stays up in the right corner at the 100%.

If you are not running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/ please try upgrading or switching first.
Note: If you are using an IE9 browser in compatibility mode that makes it render as IE7 and IE7 is not supported. To disable see > http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1196-internet-explorer-compatibility-view-turn-off.html
If you are running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com please do these four things:
1. Try clearing your browser’s cache: http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050
2. Make sure that you have third-party cookies enabled: http://en.support.wordpress.com/third-party-cookies/
3. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.
4. Try enabling HTTPS: http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/
If it’s still happening, let us know exactly which browser (and version of it) you’re using by checking here if necessary http://www.whatbrowser.org/ and also post any error reports you get.

Are you able to upload images successfully through Posts -> Add New in your blog’s Dashboard?
-
No, it says pictures are too big even when I make pictures a lot smaller than the maximum allowed size. And at the moment it says that max pictures size is 7kb which is ridiculously small. Yesterday it said 130kb. Is my blog just ‘full’?
-
That is very strange. Would you please try a different browser just one to test, like Firefox or Safari?
-
Oh, sorry, I see the problem. You have used 100% of your allotted space, so you’ll either need to delete some media files or purchase a space upgrade: http://store.wordpress.com/premium-upgrades/extra-storage/
-
-
You don’t necessarily have to make a new blog. You could delete excess media files (if you have any) or grab a Space Upgrade starting at $20/year for more than 4x the space: http://store.wordpress.com/premium-upgrades/extra-storage/
-
There are no media files I want to delete nor do I see the point in paying for blogging, so yeah… easier to start over
-
You can register another free hosted WordPress.com blog http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/ upload the images into it and hotlink to them from your other blog.
