Images Not Inserting/Appearing in Posts

  Suddenly the image loader seems unable to insert images into posts. The images do get uploaded and do appear in the Media Gallery. But when I click the “insert into post” button it goes to the post only to show nothing has been inserted. I’ve tried this several times with countless different images and have even tried to insert images from the Media Gallery that had worked before and still nothing appears. I have quit the site, quit the browser, and returned only to find the very same problem. Unfortunately, I run a daily site and need the images to appear by morning. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

  I’m having exactly the same problem. Clearing my cache didn’t seem to work either, so it seems the problem is definitely with WordPress.
