Images not loading

    I started a WordPress Blog. After searching for the right place to have a blog with everything I was looking for I found WordPress and it was perfect. I found all the answers to the things I wanted to know about how to make my blog just how I wanted it to be from reading the forums. Perfect. I was happy.

    I decided to restart it and deleted posts and pictures I didn’t want. I then couldn’t upload images anymore. I saw that it was something that was a problem, so waited till Monday evening to try again as the problem may have been fixed. I even tried uploading picture I could previously, and still the only thing that occurs is that the image is not there, only the image name.

    Is there work still being done to rectify the problem. I don’t want to go else where. WordPress is prefect. I want to stay here. But I want to have images in my sidebar and in my posts. And that’s not happening now.

    How long before uploading images starts working again??

    I haven’t seen anyone else today report that image uploading is a problem. But there IS a problem when you delete, then try to re-upload an image you had before. Try changing the name of one of the image files and uploading it and see if that works. WP.com doesn’t like the same names as something it’s deleted; it gets confused.

    Also: when you ask a question, it’s always best to give a direct link to a post on your blog where this is happening, or to your blog in general. Post the whole link, starting with http.
