Images Not Loading

    Hi there. The images on my site aren’t always there. I’m not sure why they seem broken on some visits and not others? I’m on Safari on a Mac. Looks fine on Mobile. Any idea?

    Hi Josh,

    Checking just now I see your images as expected. If a site’s images aren’t loading (assuming you’ve not changed the images locations in your media library or edited the posts), one of two things has occurred:

    1. There’s an issue locally (in your browser)
    2. There’s an issue connecting to portions of WordPress.com’s server

    Next time you see this happen could you first try a force refresh of the page? If that clears up the image, it was likely a local issue.

    If that doesn’t clear them up, please run a traceroute as described here:

    Advanced Browser Troubleshooting

    This will help us determine where the connection is breaking, and then we can investigate on how to clear it up better in the future.
