images not loading on any wordpress, country block?

  I recently discovered that none of the images I loaded were appearing in my blog, and I can’t view any images on any other wordpress blog either. I’m in Brazil and my friend in the states says that she does not have a problem seeing the images. I’m wondering if it is country issue or if a setting was changed. I’ve never had this issue before.
