Images not loading on front page

  Hoping someone can help, my site http://www.revolutionvault.com has just been thru an upgrade, images are now not loading on front page or within posts,

  i have used the custom key “image” and images are definately at the location but they will not load. When i look at the code the custom key generates its seems to put an “&” after the url address,

  Any help would be appreciated
