Images not opening for other viewers

  Viewers of my blog complain that images do not open up to a larger version as they used to. I have checked the settings on recently used images and they are still ‘linked to media file’. I don’t have the problem when I look, but others tell me they do. Is the problem with their settings/ browser/ cache etc, or is there something I can do?
