images not showing

hi this is my testing site,

the images were showing and after a recent fresh upload its not showing again.
all files are in the media library and the file names are correct.
may i get some help on this? -

That seems really frustrating! Full disclaimer: I don’t work for WordPress, and I don’t have access to anything behind the scenes, but I took a little look at the page source, and I don’t know if it’s helpful, but I noticed that the links are all pointing to the same placeholder.png file, with the exception of the category images, which I assume were there before.
Did you edit the page in an outside editor and then upload it? Because it’s possible that even though the same files might exist in both locations, you may need to relink them. I hope there’s a less tedious solution, but we may need to wait on a staff member to really see what’s going on.

hi there,
i didnt edit the page anywhere else,
i did it within wordpress and did my usual import of files when creating new items.
for the new items, it didnt showed up any pictures, since its a beta site, i then deleted everything away and imported a fresh copy by adding new woocommerce products and all its usual information.
and now all the pictures are not showing.even when i run the test for the images during import, it says that the files are not found when clearly they are all within the media library..=(
