Images not showing as thumbnails

  I imported a blog to wordpress.com and want to use a theme that must be looking for thumbnails. They don’t show. Is there something I need to do to enable “thumbnails” or convert images to thumbnails?

  Hi there! In order for your theme to fill the thumbnail image, you need to set a Featured Image for your posts. Here’s what the theme designers say about Featured Images:

  • The large featured images are 630 pixels wide by 380 pixels high.
  • The small featured images are 268 pixels wide by 150 pixels high.
  • For featured images, keep the focus of the image in the center as the surrounding content may be cropped.
