Images not showing on Oxygen theme home page

  I put an image first thing in the blog entry & it does appear on the entry. However on the home page it is a blank space where the image should be. I have cleared out my cache, cookies, etc. I have restarted. I have tried jpg vs png. I have tried it on multiple computers. I have deleted the blog post and re-entered it from scratch. The only images that show on the home page are the featured image & one image on one of my first entries. There is nothing different about that image, not sure what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  One other note – Of the 2 images showing correctly on the home page one is the featured image & the other is an image that was removed from the post. If you open the other post on the home page with a picture you will see that the picture in the entry is a different one & should be the one showing on the home page. Thanks again!

  I am not able to even see the image slider on Oxygen… I tried to follow the instructions on another blog that’s been closed – but the SHOWCASE template does not appear for me? Any idea how I can get that to work?
