Images Not Showing When Uploading to Create My Page

Hello, I just started to create my website and every time I try to upload an image from my media library it is blank and shows no pictures. We just transferred our domain to your service about a year ago and I am just getting the time now to create our website and have had no luck to finish this and go live. I have tried all instructions online that I can find and nothing is working PLEASE HELP!
I am not hosting with any other website only wordpress. I transfered our domain and everything over to wordpress almost a year ago and we have not been able to use our website or activate it and this is not right. We paid for a 3 year service for the explorer plan and if this doesnt work then I would like to request at least 2 years of service back. Please can somebody on the staff help me!

The registration for the domain modicalandscaping.com has indeed been transferred to WordPress.com as you say, but all of your old DNS records were copied over along with the domain, so you still have records in place that are actually pointing the domain away. This would explain the missing images, because the site is trying to pull the files from a URL it cannot actually access.
Please follow the steps in this guide to restore your domain’s default A records and get it pointed to your site properly: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/troubleshooting-domain-errors/#check-your-dns-records
