images not sizing properly

  My website in question is bentladder.com

  I have a three column block on our homepage that shows our last three blog posts. But for some reason the blog post images are now three different sizes instead of being uniform like they had been until recently. This is how I have it set right now:

  I’ve tried resizing the heights and widths of the images, but there isn’t any effect. I’d appreciate any advice. Thank you!
