Images not uploading at all

  So I downloaded and saved an image (as I normally do just to make sure they are always there) and I am trying to upload this image onto my blog, but it is not working I have tried about 5 different images and the same happens every time.
  They have all been jpg. and way less than 1gb.
  Any ideas as I am bewildered.

  .jpg is an accepted file type, I already know that. But it won’t accept it this time. I have always used .jpg.

  I decided to try upload it once more before checking the tips and it worked so I assume it was a little hiccup with the system. All sorted now, thanks for trying to help anyway :)
