Images not uploading properly

  Hi can anyone help me with an issue i’ve had since this morning with uploading pictures into posts, the jpeg images are fine as i’ve used them on other sites but for some reason i cannot get them to show up in posts here at WP. All i get is the outlined blank box. I have uploaded numerous pictures onto the blog in exactly the same way but for some reason since this morning, no go. Please help!!

  I see pictures just fine. Have you tried clearing your cache?

  I’ve had the same problem twice now. My cache is cleared and still my images don’t appear in neither firefox or explorer. But some people do see the pictures (most however don’t). I had the same problem a while ago, and it resolved itself, but now it’s been over a day and the problem maintains. Having a photoblog, this is not very convenient…

  the pictures that you see on the blog are the ones i haven’t had any issues with, i clear my cache every day when i shut my pc down so it’s not that….i’m really frustrated because this is holding me back from posting…not sure what to do.

  There was a thread about this two days ago when I was having the same problem, but I can’t find it now. No one had any real solutions to offer — the consensus seemed to be that the problem has been occuring intermittentently since the new image upload system was launched. It seems to come and go. Try again tomorrow is the only thing that worked for me — except now all the images I tried to upload the other day won’t load at all, despite new ones uploading okay today (see my forum topic started a couple of hours ago — Images won’t upload — STILL).

  by the way for anyone else with this problem i even changed the files from jpeg to Png and still no go…will attempt an upload tomorow and if no joy then i’m seriously thinking of going elsewhere…real shame.
