Images not working

  Im having trouble with uploading images to my blog. I go to insert media and select the image I want from my computer it is the right size/format/RGB and it uploads to 100% but then stops. It dosn’t go to the add description page etc. I have only experienced this problem over the last few days can you help? thanks
