Images on AWS Lightsail WordPress Site Don’t Load
-
I recently built a WordPress site in AWS using Lightsail and connected it to my domain registered in Route 53. Every morning and sometimes throughout the day, I find that some of the images don’t load unless I clear the website cache. Upon inspecting the code, the images are coming from the IP address’s file location rather than the domain, as shown in the screenshot. I have used the Better Search Replace plugin to update the database, but this issue seems to keep happening. If anybody has any insight or recommendations they would make, that would be much appreciated. Thank you!
For additional context, I am currently building another WordPress site in Lightsail, not connected to any domain yet, and the same issue arises.

Hello, @daniel88dc08d756!
I checked your site and noticed that it’s not hosted on WordPress.com but is instead a self-hosted WordPress.org site, as you can see here:https://wordpress.com/site-profiler/earthmanmarketing.com
What you’ll want to do now is ask your question on the WordPress.org community forums at this link:
https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
That forum is perfect for sites like yours that use WordPress software but aren’t hosted with WordPress.com.
If you’re curious about the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org, this guide explains it quite well:

Please let us know if you have any questions or need any extra help, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
