Images on Home Page

  Hi I have quite a blank home page and would like to add images although not a static image behind the Title. Perhaps images that scroll (a little like cover photos do on a Facebook Page.) Or static images in a Gallery as part of the Home page under the Menu tabs. I can’t see where I can add that in
