Images on my Ippo site?

  I have changed my theme to Ippo but no images are appearing on the site. I am a design business so images are crusial. How do I install a banner/ header image (as in your example) and also make images visible for each post without expanding them,?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
