Images opening up with page plus comments.

On some of my articles there are images, which when I click on them open up in a page with a comments section at the bottom. Some of them do not have this and the page just oens up with the image and nothing more.
I don’t know why this is.
When I’ve gone to edit the page with the image and comments box the ‘share’ box is ticked but I cannot untick it for some reason.
Any suggestions?

Note that you can disable comments on image attachment pages:
Dashboard > Media > Library and edit each image to disable commenting in its own Discussion module. Again, to make the Discussion module show up, click Screen Options.

That doesn’t help at all, Time thief. I cannot edit the image. The option to disable the comments is not available.

Please post screenshot, upload it to your Media Library, and return to this thread to provide the file name so Staff can examine it.
