Images Posting without Edits to Image

  Ever since switching to WordPress.org (through BlueHost), when I preview or publish my posts, the images appear without the edits I made on an outside image editor. This didn’t happen when I just used WordPress.com. What can I do to fix this?

  You can move back to WordPress.com because it’s more awesome over here! ;) For real, though, unfortunately we’re not going to be able to help you with a wordpress.org question here. Check out the wordpress.org forums.

  I did a quick search on their forums and found this which looks like a similar problem, thought it may not be the exact same issue:
