Images removed from comments

  Cannot insert images into comments
  When editing a comment and inserting an image, although the HTML is created correctly, it is stripped out when the update button is pressed.

  I can insert a picture directly into a fresh comment by typing the HTML and it appears fine. However, if I subsequently edit the comment, the HTML is stripped.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Just to help you find this fault….

  If I go to the “Comments” admin page and select “Quick Edit” as opposed to “Edit” and add a picture using the IMG button; then the HTML is NOT stripped.

  If I do the same and use the “Edit” button, then the HTML is stripped.

  Thanks for reporting this to us. We noticed this same thing last week and have our developers on it.

  Thanks too for noting the work-around that you found; we’ll share this with other users while our developers are fixing the normal editor.
