Images repeat

  Why do images repeat on my posts? The image I posted repeats twice, once at the top of the blog and another before my text.

  Why is this?

  I would like it to be the picture that introduces on my home page and then be in the body of the post too. I do not want it to repeat twice in the post though, please help.
