Images showing as grey boxes

    Hi, I am editing our charity website and i have all the new pages saved as drafts. We use Ri Charity Child theme and I have inserted some visual composer templates into the pages to help with the alignment of text and images. On pages where i have inserted a single image through the media library, these show when i press preview. However, the images that have been inserted using the templates, aren’t showing when i press preview and just show as grey boxes. Does anyone know why this is and how i fix it please?
