Images that appear when Posting to facebook

  I posted this link. http://www.littlechoicesmatter.com/food-guide/ A random picture from my blog showed up, it’s not even on the page.(http://www.littlechoicesmatter.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/10/Screen-shot-2011-10-16-at-7.16.40-AM.png)

  Usually when I post a link, I’ll get a random sidebar image, but sometimes I’ll get a completely random image. Is there a way to set up a image that would always appear? One that is more branded rather than an odd recipe image?
