  Users are unable to add images via ios devices. Android and pcs have no problem?

  Are you talking about tietheknot853.wordpress.com? If not, can you please share the URL of the site you need help with? Also, where do the users uploading images? Is it to a blog or is it to their profile?

  Do you use WordPress app for iOS or using Chrome or safari browser?

  Can you share some screenshot for the error you get?

  Would you please try to clear the browser cache or change the browser and see if that helps?

  I will get a screenshot for you. I use chrome but obviously dont know what my users would be using, it would vary.

  when users get to ‘add media’ the screen freezes and they are unable to add but can still place a listing so everything else is fine. This seems to be only on ios devices.
