It looks like you are posting in the wrong forum. Wakemedvoices.org is using the self-hosted version of WordPress. It is not being hosted by WordPress. This forum is for WordPress.com hosted sites only.

Hi there,
Your site itself doesn’t appear to have an SSL certificate, so it’s not at all strange that individual image files hosted in that site’s library also don’t load over https.
To set up SSL on your site, please contact your hosting provider. The WordPress.org forums will not be able to help you with that, as this is a hosting issue, not a software one.
