Images within wordpress servers unavailable

  The images within the blog (except those of external urls) do not load.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You images loaded for me – but you have so many large images it is understandable that you are having problems – it took a ton of bandwidth to load your site. My browser does not really like your site

  Use the More Tag to break up your Posts – only show one picture above the More Tag and let people only see what they really want

  Mmm… worked okay since its creation in Aug 2011.
  Never had problems before… just since late today… I’ve worked with AdBlockPlus plugin
  in Firefox, cleaned cache with CCleaner, etc… still no luck.

  Observing from the dashboard post editor, in a certain post, the image appears with broken link icon…
  If I check the photo properties, the link has https as https://lagalenadelsur.files.wordpress.com/2012/06/christianmonitor_19371.jpg
  It doesn`t work

  If I enter http://lagalenadelsur.files.wordpress.com/2012/06/christianmonitor_19371.jpg without the “s” of secure connection it the direct link to the photo does open…

  Update, one hour later, arriving home, the PC here loads the page OK. Will check again tomorrow, from my office PC, wherein the problem appeared.

  The first load sucks while the browser downloads a ton of bandwidth – the next load is better as long as the cached pages and cached images are still on your computer – also Google will bust your site for the extra slow loading – it took a long time for your blog to load – had I not been trouble shooting your blog I would never have stayed –

  The problem of not loading picture files, both during post creation (except externallly hosted graphics with provided URL ), has been solved alone since this morning.

  I’m afraid there was a temporary problem with graphic servers or the way https connections were managed (maybe at WP.com end or at my ISP or browser end).

  To member “auxclass”, I don’t know what happens with your browser. Here all loads fast and OK. The thematic characteristics of my web make it in the need of several graphics. But in general posts are short. And several with full graphics have their links external. Since August 2011 and with more than 16000 visits, I haven’t receive any claim on slow charging pages.

  Regards… problem solved.
