Images won’t upload, just links

When I try to upload an image (jpeg and pdf), it does not insert into the post. Instead, a link is inserted. I’ve tried using firefox and explorer. I’ve tried uploading it directly through wordpress, and I’ve tried uploading it with a url to an online photo album. I get the same thing no matter what: only the link is inserted, not the photo/file

I cannot find a single img src in the whole thing…
Need spesific posts or places where you have attempted to upload images.

PDF’s will not display in the blog posts or pages since wordpress.com does not have any PDF interpreter. It will only post the link to PDF’s which when clicked will either open in the browser (if you have a PDF plugin installed in your browser) or it will download it to the user’s computer.

PDF file links don’t show up as a image what you need to do is upload a image
and attach thePDF link to a image for it to show up as a image… -
