Imageupload, links and tags not functioning

  Hello!
  I can’t upload images into the blog using the upload media tool, I can’t make links with the link tool, and I can’t make tags with the tag tool.
  I wonder if I will be able to make tags here…

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
