  Hi!

  I would like to have as homepage this archive page (with only my new works: http://myart2000.wordpress.com/category/new-work/).

  Somehow I can´t see how to set as static front page this archive page of posts.

  Any help on how I could do it?

  Hi,

  Create a new page, the place this code in it:

  [display-posts category="new-work"]

  where new-work is the name of your category.

  Then setup the page that you created as a static home page:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/front-page/
