Imbalance 2 – how do I enable "About" so content displays?
-
Greetings, I’m beginning a new blog using Imbalance 2. My new “About” content shows as published but doesn’t display. How do I enable it? Thanks for your help!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If you click on the “about” link at the top of your site you will see your content.
If you want your about page to be the main landing page for your site, follow the procedure in this support page for setting a static front page for your site.
Also, you might want to take a few minutes to look at this link and the information on getting started with wordpress: http://learn.wordpress.com/ .

Hi there! I know that that should be the case, but when I click on About nothing displays, and nothing displays in the dashboard when I select “view.”

(And I’m not new to wordpress, just to Imbalance 2. You’ve helped me before, with teresayoung.com…) It seems that there must be some “enable” function for the About content to display, but I’m having trouble finding it…

I see your about content just fine when I click on that link, but due to the fact that you have several widgets in the top sidebar, it pushes the content way down the page. This is one of the drawbacks of Imbalance 2. It isn’t a theme that works well with more than one or two short widgets in that top area. To get the content up further on the page, you will have to move most of your widgets to one of the footer widget areas.
