Imbalance 2 theme: how to insert picture thumbnails

  I’ve seen example of Imbalance themed blogs with photos above the entry (on the home page). How do you insert such images? Do you have to code?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Please post an active link starting with http:// to the blog in question. The thumbnails are actually Featured Images. http://en.support.wordpress.com/featured-images/
