Imbedded codes showing up in my posts

I’m still getting these imbedded codes in my posts. I would really appreciate it if I could find an answer to this problem.

The code which you are mentioning comes when text is copy and pasted from a Microsoft Office Suite product, such as MS Word. We strongly recommend against composing and then copy/pasting in to the WordPress.com editor because as you can see a significant amount of code comes with it, much of which can be harmful to your site.

But I always copy and paste my posts from MS word into the editing page on WordPress. This is only been happening for the last 8-10 posts. I’ve posted 130+ posts.

I understand that copy and pasting from Microsoft Word has worked to this point, however it has always been a significant risk and it will not always work. We have laid out in our help documents that we do not support doing so and that we actively recommend against it.
